Please carefully read the workshops bookings Terms & Conditions before making your booking:

Full payment for workshops is required at time of booking.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier than advertised time. Each session will always start at the time advertised. If you are more that 15 minutes late it may not be possible for you to participate in the workshop as I would have to go over the same material again which is unfair to the other participants.

Cancellation:

By You: Due to the limited available places and the cost of purchasing all materials, all our workshops and classes are only refundable if given a minimum of 7 days notice, any cancellations made after then will not be refunded.

By me: In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a workshop you will be given at least 24 hours notice and offered a transfer to another date, a voucher to be used for another workshop or a full refund.

I will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by myself.
